As the parent company of DOCCM, an IBPO based in Bangkok, Thailand, we specialize in delivering complex, multilingual projects at scale for clients around the globe.

Shane Townsend
Founder & CEO

Shane is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of experience leading multi-million-dollar initiatives across the tech, humanitarian, government, and commercial sectors. As CEO of Noustrix, he has spearheaded the successful delivery of cutting-edge projects with exceptional efficiency and precision.

Before founding Noustrix, Shane held senior leadership positions, including Chief of Programs for multiple U.S. and Australian donor-funded initiatives in Afghanistan and other challenging environments around the world. Over a six-year period, he managed portfolios exceeding $200M, driving strategic execution and operational excellence in complex, high-risk contexts.

A former member of the Australian Defence Force, he honed his leadership and operational strategy skills in high-pressure settings. Shane holds an MBA from Australia and advanced certifications in governance and management. He has also served as an advisor to an Australian Children’s Foundation in Thailand and is currently a Board Member for a Canadian Education Foundation supporting at-risk youth in Southeast Asia.

Recognized for his strategic vision, operational rigor, and ability to build high-performing, cross-cultural teams, Shane consistently drives innovation, delivers sustainable growth, and navigates complex challenges with precision.

Arnie Anggraini
Head of Operations and Client Delivery

Arnie is a strategic and results-driven head of operations and client delivery with over 13 years of experience leading teams and optimizing performance across global markets. Based in Bangkok, she brings a wealth of expertise in managing diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-impact results, achieving a 50% increase in productivity and a 31.6 % HoH growth in client-uploaded projects in 2024. Additionally, her leadership experience extends to social programs in Indonesia, where she managed large-scale projects with teams of up to 350 members, achieving a 95% completion rate.

Guided by her principle of “Leading with wisdom, serving with excellence, and building with integrity,” Arnie empowers her teams to transform challenges into opportunities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

With an MBA in Global Business (with distinction) from SEGi University, Malaysia and multilingual fluency in Indonesian, English, Bahasa Melayu, and Javanese-Sundanese, she combines cultural awareness with operational excellence to drive success.

As the head of operations and client delivery at Noustrix, Arnie oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients worldwide. By identifying innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience, Arnie plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission and maintaining its reputation for excellence.

Yadana Hnin Soe
Head of Culture and Innovation

Yadana drives Noustrix’s culture, innovation, and people strategy with a focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence. As Head of Culture and Innovation, she ensures compliance with legal and industry standards while building an engaging, wellness-focused workplace where creativity and performance thrive.

With over 17 years of experience across technology, hospitality, and real estate, Yadana brings deep expertise in strategic marketing, business transformation, and customer engagement. Prior to Noustrix, she led high-impact initiatives at Tencent Thailand, including the successful launch of JOOX Myanmar—reaching 14 million users—and boosting the PUBG Mobile brand across Southeast Asia.

Her leadership blends innovation with empathy, reinforcing Noustrix’s commitment to both excellence and employee well-being. An MBA graduate from Assumption University, Yadana is also a strong advocate for women in tech and education equity. She volunteers with Women in AI – Myanmar’s SpeakHer initiative and contributes to a Canadian education foundation that helps at-risk students across Southeast Asia.

Bhagyashree Panda
Head of Business Development and Project Strategy

As the Head of Business Development and Project Strategy, Bhagyashree oversees key client projects and talent acquisition, ensuring the right professionals are in place to meet evolving client needs. She collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to manage project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure seamless execution, building high-performing teams capable of handling complex projects with precision. Her expertise in aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives allows Noustrix to deliver top-tier results while fostering a dynamic and skilled workforce.
 
With experience at leading global consulting and financial services firms, Bhagyashree specializes in content moderation, risk analysis, and talent acquisition. She holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, reflecting her expertise in operational efficiency, process improvement, and compliance. Passionate about social causes, she actively volunteers with ARTSPARKS NGO to empower women in India. As a key leader at Noustrix, she plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s high standards of quality, efficiency, and integrity while driving innovation and sustainable growth.
